All you need to know about your first 3 months at Digital Science.
Beyond your first week, your onboarding journey continues with a focus on connection, growth, and independence. These first three months are designed to help you build strong foundations while feeling supported every step of the way.
1. After your first week
You’ll start expanding your network by meeting your wider team and colleagues across Digital Science. This is your chance to build connections and discover how different parts of the company fit together.
2. At one month
You’ll review the objectives you set in Bob during your first week to check you’re on track. You’ll also receive our Onboarding Survey. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us keep improving the experience for new joiners.
3. At two months
You’ll revisit your objectives again, reflecting on progress and any extra support you might need. This is also when you’ll begin to work more independently, taking greater ownership of your projects and tasks.
4. At three months
You’ll have a comprehensive review of your onboarding objectives, officially closing them out. This milestone marks the exciting next step: setting your longer-term objectives for the year ahead and continuing your journey with confidence.
