Bob’s Analytics Module offers 5 default dashboards with 21 widgets (metrics) available for use. This guide will help you understand and correctly use the available analytics dashboards and widgets, highlighting key considerations, limitations, and tips to ensure you're interpreting the data accurately.
Growth Dashboard
Tracks team size changes, including headcount, new hires, and terminations. Helpful for understanding growth trends.

The FTE widget converts part-time hours into full-time equivalents by multiplying headcount by their work percentage, adds full-time staff, and divides the total by 100 to get the FTE count. Uses FTE% field in the Employment Category. |
Retention Dashboard
Monitors employee retention, turnover, and average tenure. Useful for gauging team stability.
This dashboard is not calculating Turnover and Attrition rate correctly. A fix will be implemented in Q4 2025

Creating a Custom Dashboard
1. Open Analytics from main menu then Dashboards
Click + New Dashboard, name your dashboard
Add widgets to your dashboard
The dashboard is preset to show data from the last 12 months. You can change the time range from the top right hand corner. Please note that historical data before July 2024 is not reliable.
