At Digital Science, AI Capability is about our ongoing efforts to apply measurable learning and development solutions to close the AI skills and knowledge gap, providing training and initiatives that support our individual, team and business goals.
Who is supporting it across the organisation?
The AI Capability Steering Group ensures AI capability efforts align with business priorities, strategic goals, and organisational needs. They provide oversight, set key objectives, and ensure that AI initiatives contribute to DS’s long-term success. Members: Daniel Hook, Claire Fox, Ashlea Higgs, Mario Diwersy, Ash McDonagh.
The Ideation Team are a dedicated group of AI enthusiasts and business representatives focused on identifying, shaping, and refining AI learning initiatives before they are introduced into the business by the Gig Network or other means.
The AI Capability GIG Network is an open, flexible group of DS colleagues who help execute AI initiatives by testing, experimenting, and contributing to upskilling efforts. GIGs ( involvement opportunities) are shared via our dedicated Slack channel
